The Divine Legacy -7.8
To say the least, Justin was not feeling the love. He'd long since given up screaming for his parents and was starting to feel awfully alone. He'd had an accident in his pants since he couldn't escape his crib to go to the bathroom, he was starving, and overall, he was feeling lonely. It was that new kid in the house. It must have turned his parents against him. The thought just made Justin cry more.
It was hours before anybody came to take care of him, and after getting cleaned up, fed, and played with, Justin had forgotten all about feeling forgotten. He wished his mom would stop tickling him so he could go play with his toys.
It really wasn't long before I sent both Apollo and Sabrina back to sleep. The problem is, I talk to my sims, and Justin was begging for help, so woke Sabrina up, then I woke Apollo up because Apollo was hungry... and now they're sleeping again. Justin should be okay for a while.
Derrick, on the other hand, is ready to be taken care of. It never seemed this difficult before! I don't get it!
Woah, where'd the chair go?
Sabrina: "We used it to pay the babysitter."
Oh, yeah, if I was a babysitter I'd totally want to be paid in chairs.
Sabrina: "She demanded we pay her, and we didn't have money, so we gave her a chair..."
But those chairs are expensive!
Sabrina: "So? You're the one who suggested the babysitter."
Actually, a little window popped up suggesting it.
Sabrina: "Whatever."
Anyway, potty training time.
Derrick: I don't get it.
Sabrina: "I don't like changing diapers, so instead, do your business in the toilet, okay?
Derrick: I still don't get it.
You will eventually, kiddo.
Justin: "GRR, WHERE DOES THIS BLOCK GO?"
I don't know., my parents never got me one of those.
Justin: "IT WON'T FIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Try a different one?
Justin: "NO! IT HAS TO FIT IN THIS ONE!"
Okay. Tell me when it fits.
Okay, guys, really? Are you really going to stand for this? I know all too well what happens with kids play with missiles, and I really don't want another bad Divine. Take it away from him!
Justin: "IT'S MINE THOUGH!"
Apollo's too busy working on his writing skill at the library to prevent world destruction.
Simaya: But preventing world destruction is almost the whole reason I sent you there!
Apollo: "Really, he's a toddler, what harm could he do?"
Simaya: When Sabrina was a toddler she started plotting the murder of her family.
Apollo: "Yeah, but Justin has the good trait (I think so, at least..), like me, so there's nothing to worry about."
Simaya: Suit yourself, but if he blows the world up it's your fault.
Sabrina was teaching Derrick how to walk in the front yard. It's really been an all-skills day for him. He should be right on track by the time he's Justin's age, which is good.
Anyway, that's it for today. Justin grows up tomorrow. Joy. That mean school eventually. Oh dear. He's going to be the first Divine to go to school. I can think of only one other Divine, but that's not really true, because he wasn't a Divine, but he was almost a Divine... I'm gonna shut up.
