TDL- 7.3

The Divine Legacy- 7.3

Good morning, Sabrina. Unfortunately the ghosts were sound asleep last night. No visit from Zack.
Sabrina: "Thank Simaya."

Simaya: Sabrina, what the heck are you doing?
Sabrina: "I'm practicing the speech I will use to sway the leaders of the world to hand their positions to me."
Simaya: You're wasting your time.
Sabrina: "Whatever. What else am I gonna do?"

I thought you thought that was poisoned.
Apollo: "I doubt she poisoned the entire thing. I mean, she's got to plan to eat some."
Good point, as always.

And it seems Sabrina, future ruler of the world, does plan to eat some.
Sabrina: "One can only talk to themselves in the mirror so much before getting bored."
Simaya: And with a face like yours, it's unhealthy to stare at one's self too long.
Sabrina: "Don't be mean, I got some of this face from you!"
Simaya: Sorry, I had to.

Apollo went back to working out in front of the television.
Apollo: "I plan on going back to the eternal beaches, and I've got to be in shape when I get there."
Yeah, yeah. I think you're in a better shape than when you came.
Apollo: "Well, that's even better."

Sabrina went back to teaching herself how to cook.
Sabrina: "All this food looks so good. Once I'm queen of the world I'll hire a chef to make it all for me!"
Good luck. At this rate you're not taking over anything.
Sabrina: "I'm tired, okay? Work's hard."
Indeed it is.

Well, as it turns out Sabrina still gets paid, so I bought some baby stuff. Now the only downside is that she can't get promotions from home. We have a crib and a highchair, not to mention a teddy bear I brought from the other house. Kitty's teddy bear, to be exact. Yes, I hung onto it.

Well, she went back to the 'take over the world' speech.
Sabrina: "I've got to keep practicing. I'm more convincing than you."
But I don't want to take over the world.
Sabrina: "Good, because that's my job, and nobody can stop me!"
Simaya: Not true. Apollo's around for more reasons than for you to enjoy with your eyes.
Sabrina: "Why do you always have to crush my hopes and dreams."
Simaya: Would you prefer to have your body crushed under several miles of water?
Sabrina: "No." O_O
Simaya: Then shut up.

Sabrina: "You look nice today." ;)
Apollo: O_o
Simaya: What did I say about flirting with him!
Sabrina: "Aww, come on! You can't throw a super attractive guy in a house with me, tell me I'm married to him, and then not let any romance happen!"
Simaya: That's pretty much what I'm doing in a nutshell.
Apollo: O_o
Sabrina: "Well, this sucks."
Simaya: Think of it this way: your life is now a vacuum. If it doesn't suck, it's not working like it's supposed to.

Apollo: "Here' I'll curse the toilet. Maybe it will make her less interested in me."
Yeah, right. Nothing you do will fix that, Apollo.
Apollo: "I can try."

Sabrina: "Ah! Why is the toilet exploding!"
Simaya: It's Apollo saying he's not interested.
Sabrina: "Ew, now I'm all covered in gunk and the bathroom's all wet!"
Simaya: Hahahahahahahaha!
Sabrina: "And you say I'm evil! APOLLO, COME CLEAN THIS BATHROOM UP!"

Apollo: -laughing to himself-
Sabrina: "That wasn't very nice!"
Apollo: -nods-
Sabrina: "I mean, you could just tell me you're not interested!"
Simaya: He already kinda did.
Sabrina: "Don't ever do that again, okay?"
Apollo: -doesn't respond-
Sabrina: "Okay?!"
Apollo: -ignores-
Sabrina: "I swear, if you weren't so hot I'd hate you by now."

Sabrina: Day Nine: I can't believe Apollo would boobytrap the toilet like that. I mean, that's just cruel! I practiced convincing the world leaders to let me take over in the mirror, but I wasn't even convincing myself. I'll have to work harder on that. The baby should be here soon, and I can't say I'm excited. The last thing I need is another person watching me.

That's all. I'd tell you to vote for your favorite Divine, but I'm too lazy to get the poll.

TDL- 7.2

The Divine Legacy- 7.2

Hey Zack, nice to see ya!
Zack: "This isn't my house."
Nope, that's miles and miles away.
Zack: "Hmm, this is weird. I'm gonna go possess the fridge."
You do that. O_O

Finally, somebody I can control is awake. Good morning, Apollo.
Apollo: -plays with sparkles-

There is way too much supernatural in this tiny house. I believe five ghosts are awake, plus Apollo. Dang.

Zack: "Sabrina! Why do you have to be sleeping? I wanna talk! I have to go soon though!"
Sabrina: -continues sleeping-
She got the deep sleeper trait, dude. You're not going to be able to wake her up.
Zack: "Dangit! I'll just have to come back tomorrow night!"
Please do.

So the ghosts ate just about all of the food, which they really can't afford. I guess that's gonna be a problem in the future. Why must you eat our food, ghosties? It's not like you can starve to death.... what happens when a ghost starves? O_O

Simaya: Sabrina, get in the car!
Sabrina: "But I don't know that guy!"
Simaya: Do you wanna walk to work instead?
Sabrina: "No!"
Simaya: Then get in the car!
Sabrina: "But..."
Simaya: GET IN THE CAR OR I'M TAKING APOLLO BACK!
Sabrina: "Fine." -gets in car-

Sabrina: "Huh, this place looks fancy. Can I live here?"
Simaya: No, now get to work.
Sabrina: "What do I even do?"
Simaya: You deliver coffee to people. Now get in there!
And so Sabrina went to work and delivered coffee.

Apollo: "I'm lonely. I think I'll clean."
You have fun.
Apollo: "I'm still lonely."
Well, that sucks.
Apollo: "Will you be my friend?"
I have a hard time being friends with sims. They tend to die just when I start to like them.
Apollo: "Oh."

Well, there goes half their money. Who uses a red pen on their bills?
Apollo: "That would be me."
Okay, but why?
Apollo: "I like red."
Like Sabrina's hair?
Apollo: "Kinda."

Well, I sent Apollo to go practice his writing at the library, since they don't own a computer. He's got that writing and painting lifetime wish. I think it's like illustrator author. I honestly didn't know what else to do with him. It's been a long time since I've only had one sim to mess around with.

Well, Sabrina found out she was pregnant and got kicked out of work.
Sabrina: "I don't get it, how am I pregnant?"
Simaya: Like I said, you forgot a few days.
Sabrina: "So it's Apollo's?"
Simaya: Yes.
Sabrina: "And I don't remember anything! Dang!"
Simaya: A real shame, isn't it?
Sabrina: "Well, matter as well go home, since they won't let me back in."

Sabrina: "Apollo?"
Simaya: He's not here.
Sabrina: "You didn't take him back, did you?"
Simaya: No, he got bored and went to the library.
Sabrina: "That place is even more boring!"
Simaya: I'm sure you'll get bored and go there someday.

Sabrina: "Not again, I thought I was done with this!"
Simaya: Last time, dear.
Sabrina: "Thank Simaya."
Simaya: You're welcome, although I don't really control any of that.
Sabrina: "Oh... haha."

So Sabrina decided to read about cooking. Obviously, with Apollo's cooking skills, everyone would be better off if Sabrina cooked.
Sabrina: "I could poison it."
On second thought, maybe Apollo should cook.

Speaking of Apollo, he finally got bored and came home.
Apollo: -turns on television-

And he works out.
Sabrina: "Hmm. I think I'll move to the couch, you know, so I can watch...."
Okay, you do that.

Sabrina eventually decided to go cook.
Simaya: You better not burn this house down.
Sabrina: "If I did would you get us a new one?"
Simaya: No, you'd be living on an empty lot covered with gravestones.
Sabrina: "Fine then, I won't burn the food."

She somehow managed not to burn it, and her and Apollo had mac and cheese for dinner.
Sabrina: "I didn't poison it!"
Apollo: -looks at food- -stops eating and dumps it out-
Sabrina: "But I said I didn't poison it!"
Simaya: That's not suspicious at all. He didn't even ask if it was poisoned.
Sabrina: "Ohh..."

Sabrina: "So.. guess what?"
Apollo: -waits-
Sabrina: "Guess...."
Apollo: -shrugs-
Sabrina: "You're no fun. I'm pregnant!"
Apollo: -nods-
Sabrina: "God, you're boring!"
Apollo: "...." :D
Sabrina: -rolles eyes and walks away-

Sabrina: Day 8: I found out I was pregnant today! Unfortunately that means that I won't be the only Divine anymore and will have even more problems taking over the world. It also means I won't be allowed to work, and we need the money. We had $500 when I left work, and when I came back we only had $200. Dang bills. It doesn't help that we'll have to buy a bunch of baby stuff. Maybe I can learn to paint or play the guitar. I could get some money that way. I think I know Simaya's plan: keep me so busy that I forget all about taking over the world. It's working. I'll have to find some freetime. Haha. 'What do you do in your freetime?' 'Oh, I try to take over the world.' Haha, that's enough. I'm going to sleep.

That's it for day two of generation 7.

TDL- 7.1

The Divine Legacy- 7.1

Simaya: Rise an shine, sweetheart!
Sabrina: "What the... where am I?"
Simaya: Welcome to Sunset Valley!
Sabrina: "Whoa, I aged up."
Simaya: Well, yes. I was a little rough while moving you. You've been having memory issues for a few days.
Sabrina: "Days! Days! That's like, a lot of my life!"
Simaya: First of all, it's not as much as it was before. All lives have been lengthened. Second of all, you're sounding insane. He can hear you, but not me.

Sabrina: "He....?"
Angel Guy: -waves-
Sabrina: "Oh..... who are you?"
Simaya: He's one of my angels. I sent him to keep an eye on you. He's also you're husband.
Sabrina: "Husband?"
Simaya: Yes, you don't remember the wedding.

Sabrina: "Does he have a name?"
Angel guy: -nods-
Simaya: He does't talk much. His name is Apollo.
Sabrina: "Apollo?"
Apollo: -nods-

Sabrina: "Why don't you talk?"
Apollo: -shrugs-
Sabrina: "Can you talk?"
Apollo: "Yeah."

Sabrina: "Okay... woah, I just noticed you're actually kinda attractive."
Apollo: O_o
Sabrina: "I mean, once you get around the blue hair and wings..."
Apollo: O_o
Simaya: Don't be creepy.
Sabrina: "But we're married!"
Simaya: Business purposes. Think of it this way. You're his job, I'm his boss.
Sabrina: "So calling him attractive is awkward?"
Apollo: -nods slowly- O_o
Sabrina: "Well, this isn't any fun, I'm going for a walk."

Sabrina: "Woah...."
Simaya: That's your family. Couldn't leave them behind, ya know?
Sabrina: "They're gonna haunt me so much."
Simaya: That's why you shouldn't murder people.
Sabrina: "Okay, okay, I get it, now can you, like, get rid of the graveyard?"
Simaya: It's part of your punishment.

Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Apollo was making dinner.
Apollo: "I'm sorry, but I've got to cut you up into itty bitty pieces." -tears-
What the...
Apollo: "I'm not sad for them, it's just... it's just the... onions!"
Right....

Well, they ate dinner, but Sabrina just went and threw it all up.
Sabrina: "Who puts onions in autumn salad?"
Your angel dude.
Simaya: Now get to bed! You have work first thing in the morning!
Sabrina: "W-work? Did you say work?"
Simaya: Yeah, you're now in a world that requires money to survive in, and to get that money you have to work! You're in the business career.
Sabrina: "Noooo, why can't Apollo work?"
Simaya: Because I told him not to! He wanted to be a doctor, but I told him that he couldn't have a job, now go to bed!

Sabrina: Day 7: I really need to tell Apollo to leave the onions out the salad. They're gross going down, and they're even worse coming up. Speaking of Apollo, he's really hot. If only he didn't find it weird when I told him so. I kind of wish Simaya would get out of my head, but otherwise it's all good. We don't really have any money, but whatever. I have work tomorrow, but how bad can it be? I wonder what Apollo will do while I'm gone. I'd better get to sleep before Simaya get back in my head. Taking over the world will be a bit more difficult with Apollo looking over my shoulder and Simaya in my head, but I will not give up. Sunset Valley seems big enough. Taking it over would be a good first move. Maybe I can bargain to join politics. I'm sure May won't mind.
Simaya: You're not joining politics, now get to bed!

And that's what Sabrina did.

That's day one of generation 7: Simaya's Revenge. Leave a comment, or whatever, I hope you liked.

TDL- 6.9

The Divine Legacy- 6.9

Our hero wakes up to find a note on his bedside end table.

Heroes don't die old in bed.

He frowned at the scrap paper, unsure what to think of it. Instead of spending the rest of the day wondering, he got up and decided to forget about it.

Lucas: "Robby, wake up, today's the day."
Robby: "What day?"
Lucas: "The day we get Zack."
Robby: "The plan's not going into effect till noon."
Lucas: "Plllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaseeeeee wake up!"
Robby: -moans-

Sabrina: Day 6: Today is the day I kill them. All of them. I gathered all the keys last night while they were sleeping. I also took a bit of a risk and put a note on Dad's end table. Just to keep him on his toes. One should know when their time is drawing near, even if they die of... unnatural causes. It was the kindest thing I could have done for him. I don't know how I'll be able to hold of until noon, but I will find a way. I am Sabrina Divine, after all, and I must be patient if I am to rule the world.

Lilly: "Wanna play a game?"
Sabrina: "This is the last time I'll play you, Lilly."
Lilly: "Don't be silly, Sabrina. We'll play again. May the best player win."
Sabrina: "I've had enough of this game, Lilly. Games are for children. How about we grow up?"
Lilly: "Refusing to play games doesn't make you mature, if that's what you're going for. It just makes you a jerk. Now play with me or leave and I'll play Lucas."

Sabrina: I wasn't too sure about what I should do with Lilly. I know my parents, I know my uncles, but I never really understood her. Now I know. She called me a jerk! I can only imagine what she'll think when she's trapped and her family drops dead around her. Actually, I think I'll make sure she drops first. While it would be nice to make her suffer, she is not the target, and is far to smart. If I leave her alive in the room for too long, she could find a way to escape, and that ruins the plan. Noon is nearly here! My time is inching closer and closer. I can almost see myself ruling the planet!

Sabrina: "Look! Mom, Dad, come here! LOOOOOOOOOOOK!"
Sabrina used her best surprised voice and stared out the window. Of course there was nothing outside the boy's nursery window, but the family should be here soon. Lucas and Robby knew to come, and Lilly would be curious.

Soon each and every living Divine was gathered in the boys nursery, heading towards the window to get a peak. Lucas and Robby kept giving each other nervous glances, but followed the plan and pretended to look for something. Sabrina slid to the back of the crowd and  inched towards the door, pulling one of the many keys out of her pocket.

Sabrina looked at her family one last time. She wouldn't bother with the corpses. She didn't plan to ever return to this house. Robby saw her by the door and knew all too late that he and his twin had been betrayed. He yelled out one, desperate phrase.
Robby: "IT'S A TRAP!"

Zack turned to see his daughter slam the door. He sprung at it, trying to open it before she could lock it, but Sabrina had been practicing locking the doors all night. It was locked before our hero's hand even touched the knob.
Zack: "Sabrina, open this door!"
He pounded against it a few times, and she answered from the other side.

Sabrina: "No way, Daddy. I can't let you stop me. You're all gonna die in there. The gas should start destroying your internal organs any second.
Zack: "Sabrina! What would I stop you from doing? Open the door, let's talk it out, okay?"
Sabrina: "You'd stop me from taking the world. I'm a Divine. We're superior to the rest of the humans, and so only a Divine could stop me. I must be the only one."
Zack: "Dear, that's not how it works! The Divines aren't special anymore! We may have a goddess ancestor, but we don't have her power. We're just human!"

Zack's desperate cries were cut short with a thud as his twin hit the ground. He turned to see his twin sister on the carpet. He didn't bother checking if she was alive. There was nothing he could do for her if she was. Then our hero caught sight of the windows. He charged one, but the window held.
Sabrina: "Yeah, you're not gonna break the windows. Hard as rock. I went at them with a hammer for a while and got nowhere. The only way out is through this door, and it's really not a way out at all."

Zack: "Sabrina, please. Everyone in this room loves you. Don't leave us in here to die. Please!"
Our hero was crying. He felt sadness, he felt betrayal, he felt as if he'd failed. His tears stung his cheeks, but he couldn't stop them.

Then his sidekick, Rose, went down as well. He fell to the ground, trying to keep her alive, but she was already gone. He added shocked to his list of emotions. Then anger. He stood up and hit the wall. It gave a little, so he hit it again.

Meanwhile, Lucas was scared out of his mind. He could only repeat one word over and over and over again.
Lucas: "Nnononononnno nonononononnono...."
This wasn't the plan. This definitely wasn't the plan.

Then he felt his knees give and his muscles go limp. He saw a dark figure lurking over him.
"It's time to go, Lucas Divine."
And the figure picked him up and carried him away.

Next was Robby, always so eager to follow his twin brother. He felt as if he was being torn to bits from the inside, which wasn't far from the truth. He fell with a short scream.

Our hero laid his forehead against the door. It was the only thing supporting him. All energy was gone, and the hole in the wall wasn't going to work. It was too late.
Zack: "Sabrina... Sabrina...?"
His voice was weak, and inside he felt a similar pain to Robby's only it got worse every second. He knew that if that door didn't open right that second he was dead. He knew that even if that door opened it would be too late.

Our hero could not hate Sabrina, despite all the deaths she'd just caused. In fact, he was holding on, hoping she'd apologize, hoping she would tell him that she loved him. Nothing like that happened. Sabrina Divine was giggling on the other side of the door.

And so our hero fell back. Hitting the ground hurt more than anything he'd ever experienced, but he was not dead yet. He held on for a few last words.
Zack: "I still love you, Sabrina."
But there was no response from the other side of the door. There was no comfort. There was no 'I love you too' like there had been every other time he'd told his daughter he loved her. There was just her childish giggle. Our hero lowered his head to the ground and remembered the note.

Heroes don't die old in bed.

On the flipside of the door, Sabrina was overcome with childish glee. She checked the time.
Sabrina: "Not bad for an hour's work."
She stretched her arms and laughed some more. The world would come easy now.

But then clouds rushed in and blocked the light from outside. It sounded like a hurricane. She could hear trees snapping. She could also hear something else... was that waves? Did she hear waves? The house was miles from the sea. She turn around, ready to seek better cover from the storm, but froze. In the doorway there was a woman with blue hair and green skin. Sabrina had seen hints of the woman's face in each person she'd killed and in her own face when she looked in the mirror. The smell of ocean foam and dead fish found her nose, but she was too shocked to cringe.

Standing before her was Simaya Divine.
Simaya: "You are a disappointment to my legacy."
Her voice was backed up by the hurricane going on outside. It roared in agreement. Sabrina was too shocked to respond.

Simaya strode towards the young heiress, and the storm outside grew louder, urging the goddess on.

Then Simaya slapped her. It felt more like her face had been hit with a firehose. Sabrina tasted saltwater in her mouth... or was that blood.... and stumbled back. She'd never been to the ocean, but she felt like the tide was tearing her feet out from under her. She stood no chance against the ankle-high water, even if it was only an illusion, and fell to the ground.

The taste of saltwater/blood grew stronger in Sabrina's mouth, and the edges of her vision blurred. She couldn't breathe. Every time she tried nothing came in. She felt like the wind had been knocked out of her, but worse. The darkness grew and black spots appeared, and eventually Sabrina drowned in unconsciousness.

Simaya: She left me no choice but to take everything away. I wish there was another heir, but Sabrina is the only Divine left. I will not allow my legacy to die in her hands. I shall send one of my angels to watch over her, and I may take some of my time to watch her as well. Hopefully she will grow out of the evil trait, but I sense there is nothing we can do to fix her. I must make sure her children are risen correctly and kindly, for they are the future, they are the sunrise. I hate putting something so important into the hands of one so sinister, but the sun must rise again. The Divines cannot die. Not on my watch.
